Design Experience
Ad/Layout Designer, The Little Falls Evening Times, Mohawk Valley Pennysaver, October 2005 - Present
Designed Newspaper advertisements for a daily paper as well as a weekly pennysaver. Worked daily with Advertising and Sales Representatives to create advertisemnts suitable to the business and/or product. Responsibilities included designing and updating advertisements as well as creating entire page layouts for special sections as well as the daily layout. Speed, quality and accuracy were all important factors in the daily process of this work.
Website Designer, This Fabled Requiem, September 2004 – February 2005
Designed and maintained website for local independent music group. Worked regularly with band members to design a site that graphically represented the edge and emotion of their music.

Culture for Oswego County, May – August 2004
Redesigned not-for-profit organization’s website to create a more
unified and visually appealing site. Reorganized and unified site in a
more easy to navigate fashion as well as more fitting to the organization's
goals of reaching out to artists in the community. Researched artists
and events while working closely with the organization’s Executive
Director. Redesigned organization’s newsletter in PDF format allowing
for easy access from the internet as well as for printing and mailing
to organization supporters.
Technical Experience
Graphics Facility Technician, State University of New York at Oswego, January-May 2005
Worked closely with lab managers, other technicians and head of the graphics department to maintain the computer lab. Duties included, but were not limited to: installing applications, fonts and operating systems, and troubleshooting and correcting problems.

Trained employees, brought structure and organization to the way in which
the shifts operated, creating a more efficient work place, while still
maintaining a comfortable environment. Worked closely with fellow employees,
store owners and the general public to keep the business moving and the
customers happy.
